The Department of Educational Administration is one of the four main disciplines within the Department of Educational Sciences in the Faculty of Education. Our department aims to train individuals who possess the knowledge, skills, and attitudes for leadership at both institutional and individual levels, capable of managing and developing educational institutions of all types and levels in both public and private sectors. These individuals will embrace scientific and professional ethical values and be visionary and entrepreneurial. Additionally, the Department of Educational Administration offers both thesis and non-thesis Master's programs within the Institute of Social Sciences. The department employs 4 academic staff, including 3 Associate Professors and 1 Assistant Professor.
