 Submission Guidelines

Applications for the IntCERD 2026 Conference are required to be submitted via the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT). Before submission, please ensure that you use the correct template:

Full-text submissions: Please use the full-paper template.

Abstract submissions: Please use the abstract template.

Prepare your work in accordance with the relevant template and upload it through the conference submission system. For full-text submissions, please also attach the iThenticate report. All submitted works will be evaluated through a double-blind peer review process by specialists in the relevant fields.

Create New Submission The paper title and abstract are entered, all authors are added, and any domain conflicts of interest are listed.

Subject Areas, File & Questions The primary and secondary subject areas are selected, the paper is uploaded (doc, docx, pdf), the consent and student-award questions are answered, and the submission is completed via the Submit button.

Author Console The submission appears in the Author Console, where it can be edited or supplemented with additional material.

Upload Supplementary Material The similarity / iThenticate report is uploaded as supplementary material (doc, docx, pdf).

Review Submission Summary The summary page is reviewed to confirm that all details (title, authors, files and responses) are correct.
